A series of casting polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by different structure polyol and diisocyanate (PU),
study the physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of PU. The
results showed that when diisocyanate selected as p-phenylene diisocyanate (PPDI) and chain extender
1,4- butanediol (BD), different structure the polyol preparation of PU heat resistance from good to bad order
of polycaprolactone glycol, poly butylene glycol ester of adipic acid 1,4- system, polycarbonatediols (PCD) system,
four poly methylene ether glycol; when selecting PCD polyol and chain extender BD, different structure for the
preparation of PU heat-resistant diisocyanate in descending order of 1,5- of naphthalene diisocyanate (NDI)
system,p-phenylene diisocyanate (PPDI) system, 3,3'- -4,4'- two methyl diphenyl diisocyanate (TODI) system
, 4,4'- two phenyl methane two isocyanate (MDI) system; TODI, prepared by NDI PU The dynamic mechanical
properties of PPDI and MDI is better than that prepared by PU.
