hermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and thermoplastic polyurethane rubber, referred to as TPU,

is a kind of (AB) n type block linear polymers, A (1000~6000) of high molecular weight polyether

or polyester glycol B containing 2~12 carbon atoms, AB chain segment chemical structure is diisocyanate.

Thermoplastic polyurethane rubber is crosslinked by intermolecular hydrogen bond or slightly cross-linked

between macromolecular chains, with the increase of temperature or lower, the two cross linked structures

are reversible. In the molten state or in the solution state, the intermolecular force is reduced, and the cooling

or solvent evaporation and strong intermolecular force are connected together to restore the properties of the

original solid. A typical TPU such as spandex etc..

Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) is a kind of heating elastomer plasticizing, solvent soluble, high

strength, high toughness, abrasion resistance, oil and other excellent comprehensive performance, good processing

performance, widely used in national defense, medical, food and other industries
