Polyurethane composites (Composite PU)
Mixture of polyurethane and other materials, the use of two components on the performance
of complementary. For example: glass fiber reinforced polyurethane profile [3], the use of continuous
glass fiber on the mechanical properties of thermosetting rigid polyurethane and combustion lateral
barrier capacity enhancement.
We usually say that the MDI, TDI and other products should belong to the polyurethane raw materials,
and can not be called the polyurethane products. Polyurethane raw materials mainly include: polyester
polyol, isocyanate (generated by polyol polyacid and common reaction with adipic acid polyol polyacid,
commonly used 1, 2 butylene glycol, ethylene glycol), polyether polyol (commonly used by PPG, POP,
PTMEG), solvent (acetone, ethyl acetate, commonly used DMF, TOL, MEK) and chain extender (commonly
used by BDO, DMPA, MDEA), and various additives.
